These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and desgames ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the desgames website located at https://desgames.org and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on desgames, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the desgames Platform.

2. You must be a natural person and a resident of the Philippines. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons are not permitted to hold accounts on desgames.
3. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of desgames, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the desgames Platform or any affiliated platform.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

To access real-money gaming features on desgames, you are required to register a player account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) desgames account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. desgames employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your desgames login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. desgames will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify desgames immediately by contacting our support team. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.

3.3 KYC Verification

desgames is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all players. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID) and proof of address before withdrawals can be processed. desgames reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

desgames supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your desgames account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. desgames does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Verified accounts may submit withdrawal requests at any time. Processing times vary by payment method but desgames targets a processing window of fifteen (15) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours for verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the account, or to a verified bank account in the player's name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on desgames are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). desgames is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.

desgames offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each offer's terms.
• desgames reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• desgames reserves the right to withhold bonus payments where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse.

All games available on the desgames Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.

desgames uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, desgames will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's account. desgames's decision in such matters is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the desgames Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on desgames.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.

• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.

All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the desgames Platform without our prior written consent.

The desgames name, logo, and all related marks, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of desgames. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, desgames, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

desgames does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall desgames's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your desgames account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

desgames collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your data will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with service providers and regulatory authorities as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

desgames reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on the Platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Inactivity on the account for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account, any pending withdrawal requests for verified funds will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to any applicable investigations. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

You may also request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the desgames Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

desgames's decisions regarding the interpretation and application of these Terms, game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account matters are final and binding, subject to applicable Philippine law.
